25 years of extensive management experience — military and industry
I head the Organization & Methods, Industrial Engineering and Management department at Tel Aviv Medical Center (Ichilov), and sit on the hospital's management board. I led the same project management and logistics principles as Head of the Industrial Engineering & Management branch in the IDF Logistics Corps, with the rank of Lt. Col. (Res.).
What I teach in the classroom, I first applied in the field — in a system where a flawed process costs time, money, and sometimes far more than that. Today I also head M.D. Projects, specializing in project management training and courses.
