menidalal.com is operated by Meni Dalal, M.D. Projects ("we"). This policy explains what personal information the site collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding it.

What we collect

When you fill in the contact form, we receive the details you enter: full name, organization or role, phone number or email address, and your message. You are under no legal obligation to provide this information; it is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot get back to you.

The site does not use cookies for tracking, advertising or analytics.

How we use it

Only to reply to your inquiry, arrange a lecture, workshop, training program or mentoring engagement, and manage our professional relationship with you. We will not send you marketing email without your consent, and we never sell or rent your information.

Who receives it

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) — forwards the form details to our mailbox.
• Google (Gmail) — the mailbox where inquiries are kept.
• Netlify — hosts the site. Like any web server, it logs technical data such as IP address and browser type.
• Google Fonts — serves the site's fonts, which exposes your IP address to Google.

Some of these services operate outside Israel. We will not pass your information to anyone else unless required by law.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our professional relationship, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, you may review the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, and ask us to delete it. You can also ask us at any time to stop contacting you. Contact us using the details below and we will handle your request promptly. If you feel we have not handled your request properly, you may contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.

Links to other sites

The site links to LinkedIn and WhatsApp. When you follow those links, their own privacy policies apply, and we have no control over the information they collect.

Children

The site is intended for organizations and professionals, not for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information about minors.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to inquiries is limited to us. No internet service is completely secure, however.
